  • The Bharat Scouts & Guides is a voluntary, non-political, educational movement for young people, open to all without distinction of origin, race or creed, in accordance with the purpose, principles and methods conceived by the Founder Lord Baden Powell in 1907. You may even use nursing capstone project help to further increase your content's quality.

  • The purpose of the Movement is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of local, national and international communities.

Principles of Scouting / Guiding
  • DUTY TO GOD - Adherence to spiritual principle, loyalty to the religion that expresses the acceptance of the duties resulting there from.
  • DUTY TO OTHERS - Loyalty to one's country in harmony of local and international peace, understanding, co-operation. Participation in the development of society with recognition and respect for dignity of one's fellowmen and for the integrity of the natural world.
  • DUTY TO SELF - Responsibility for the development of one's self.

    Rovers and Rangers in College:

    Rover and Ranger Wing started in College on 18-08-2012, which was inaugurated by Dr.H Shantaram Administative officer Acadamy of General Education Manipal, Prof,Chandrashekar Doma Principal, Udupi District Scout leader Trainer Kogga Ganiga, and President of local Association were present in the Occasion

    Completed Basic Rover Leader Training at Kondajji Basappa State Training Center,Kondajji, Davangere, Karnataka ,in the year 2002

    Completed Advanced Rover Leader Tainting in the year 2004.

    Completed Basic Ranger Leader Training at State Training Center, Doddaballapura,Banglore Karnataka ,in the year 2013

    Staff Achievement:
    • Mohammed Iqbal Participated as a team leader in the state level Rover and Ranger Training Camp organized by the Bharath Scouts and Guides udupi and D.K. District Association, at Southern Railways Training center Ketty Near Ooty Thamilnadu, from 20 to 27 May 2013.
    • Savitha Shastri Completed basic Ranger Leader Training Course held at State Traning center Doddaballapura Banglore.

    Students' Achievement:
    • Eight Rovers and Eight Rangers (Total 16) completed Praveen Exam Badge On 20-09-2013 and 21-09-2013 held at District Training Center ,Karanta Kala Grama, Pragathi Nagar, Manipal, Udupi District

    Students' Participation:
    • Eight Rovers and Rangers Participated in the state level Rover and Ranger Training Camp organized by the Bharath Scouts and Guides udupi and D.K. District Association, at Southern Railways Training center Ketty Near Ooty Thamilnadu. On 20 to 27 May 2013.
    • Rover student Gowtam navada II BCA and Ranger student Sonali Satish II BSc have done the project from Town municipality Kundapura on waste management
    • Four Rovers (Gowtham Nauda II BCA, Sachin II PUC ,Harish I BBM, Sripathy I BBM ), and Rangers (Delicia Fiola Menezes II BSc BZC , Nagalaxmi III BA EJP , Sonali Sathish IIBsc BBZ , Divya T II BSc BZC) Participated in the District level Rover Mates and Ranger Mates Training Camp- 13 organized by the Bharath Scouts and Guides Karnataka, District Association, Kadiyali, Udupi. On 03-08-2013 and 04-08-2013 at District Training Center ,Karanta Kala Grama, Pragathi Nagar, Manipal, Udupi District.
    • All Rovers and Rangers attended the Basic Awareness Program on Traffic Management organised by Rotaract Club on 21/8/13 at Koyakutty Hall. Kundapura.
    • All Rovers and Rangers attended the Awareness Program on Waste Management and protect environment from plastic (Plastic Alisi Parisara Ulisi) organised by NSS and town Municipality Kundapura

    Programs Organized:
    • Jointly Organized Orientation program with NSS and Red Cross Basic on Disaster Management on 10/8/2013
    • Program organized on Basic Orientation on First Aid ,Basic Knots, Lashings, on 24/8/13
    • Organized Trekking for Rovers and Rangers to Govinda Theertha Water Falls, near Jadkal, Muduur, Kundapura.
